Injuries!!!

Budda really has it in for me, lately! Its like I can't even do a few days without pain shooting threw my knee from that stupid injury! Stupid torn tendon!!!!! Its such a pain even walking pains me! It was just stairs and running, then stairs ,running ,joggigng later stairs ,running ,jogging ,working out my lower body. NOW ITS FRIGGING EVERYTHING I DO THAT INVOLVES ME MOVING AROUND WITH USE OF MY STUPID LEG CAUSES PAIN!!!.....Ouch now its sitting with my leg bent too....
